Refund Policy

Each SohoKo piece is crafted and packed with care. As a small, design-led brand, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

Damages or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email contact@sohoko.shop within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Our team will review promptly and advise next steps. Claims received after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Handcrafted Variations

Subtle variations in texture, clarity, or finish are inherent to handcrafted crystal and are not considered defects.

Return Authorisation (RMA)

Unapproved returns cannot be accepted. If a return is approved (e.g., verified damage or error), we’ll issue a Return Authorisation (RMA) with instructions. Items sent back without an RMA cannot be processed.

Condition Requirements

Approved returns must be unused and in the original packaging (including inserts), with proof of purchase. Items returned used or incomplete are not eligible.

Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has dispatched.
  • Unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
  • For approved defects/errors, we’ll provide the appropriate solution (repair, replacement, or refund) at our discretion.

Refunds (if approved)

Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale or promotional items, gift cards, and change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for return.
