Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is generally 8–17 business days for the destinations listed below. Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on destination and local courier conditions.
Tracking details will be sent to the email address used when placing your order. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch, and check your junk or spam folder if you cannot locate your shipping confirmation.

Duties & taxes
The amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable.
Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges are handled by SohoKo or our fulfilment partners. There are no additional charges upon delivery.
Orders arriving separately
Some SohoKo products are dispatched from different fulfilment locations. If your order includes items fulfilled separately, they may arrive in more than one parcel and at different times.
Where applicable, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Delivery estimates
All delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we work with trusted delivery partners, transit times can occasionally be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, peak periods or circumstances outside SohoKo's control.
A delay in transit does not automatically mean that an order is lost, and we ask that customers allow the estimated delivery period to pass before contacting us regarding a delayed shipment.
SohoKo is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, customs or postal disruptions, industrial action, civil disturbance, transport interruptions or telecommunications failures.
